Execution Strategy

We study the followings before deriving the strategy:
- Contractual requirements.
- Project location, challenges for logistic planning.
- Schedule for completion, status of design and good for construction drawings, status of permissions and compliances.
- Availability of space for lay down area, labour accommodation, site based facilities.
- Cash flow requirements and availability.
Based on the above study and results, we derive the initial execution and implementation strategy. The initial strategy shall provide following info:
- Choosing right equipment to cater the timely completion.
- Choosing right formwork system and methods to achieve the required cycle time and completion on scheduled time.
- Initial project safety and quality plans to be adopted to achieve the zero manhour loss and zero defect.
- Initial Mobilisation Plans and Schedule Based on the Availability of Site Clearance, Good for Construction Drawings,
  Availability of Lay down Area and Cash Flow.
- Planning the Logistic Movement at Site and Offsite Based on the Site Constrains and Challenges.
- Planning for Long Lead Items as Per the Schedule.
Based on the Intial Mobilisation and Schedule, We Mobilise and Review the Short Term Result to Fine Tune and Propose the Final and Definite Strategy for Timely Completion With Highest Grade of Safety and Required Quality.
Monitor the Result and Adjust the Strategy According to the Outcome. The Fundamental of our Implementation is “PDCA”.

Concrete :
- Materials:
  1. Selection of RMC supplier and procuring the right mix upon approval from Clients.
  2. Use of consistent source for supply to avoid quality difference or colour variations etc.
  3. Propose to use right design mix of concrete for the work to achieve superior results.
- Manpower:
  1. Employ labour on company role for doing concrete and other allied work.
  2. Employ piece rate contractor who are expert in concrete pipe line work on labour rate basis.
  3. Employ qualified experienced supervisor for execution.
- Equipment:
  1. Selection of equipment based on performance requirements and cost effectiveness.
  2. Equipment like Concrete Pump shall be supplied by the RMC suppliers for major pours.
  3. Smaller pours could be managed with the lifting device installed at project site.
Formwork :
- Materials:
  1. Selection of formwork system and procuring the right type of materials and equipment.
  2. Use of best quality densified film faced plywood as sheathing materials only.
- Manpower:
  1. Employ piece rate contractor who are expert in the respective formwork system.
  2. Pay incentive for quality and schedule.
  3. Employ qualified experienced supervisor for execution.
Reinforcement :
- Materials:
  1. Prepare the BBS, shop drawings and obtain Client’s approval.
  2. Obtain Client’s approval on the rates and source of reinforcement.
  3. Order with delivery schedule and quality requirements.
  4. Order required Cover blocks, binding wire etc.
- Manpower:
  1. Employ piece rate contractor who are expert in the reinforcement cutting, bending and tying.
  2. Pay incentive for quality and schedule.
  3. Employ qualified experienced supervisor for execution.
Masonry:
- Materials:
  1. Selection of right type of materials with Clients approval.
  2. Use of best quality bonding materials.
- Manpower:
  1. Employ piece rate contractor who are expert in the work on labour rate.
  2. Pay incentive for quality and schedule.
  3. Employ qualified experienced supervisor for execution.
Plaster:
- Materials:
  1. Selection of right type of materials with Clients approval.
- Manpower:
  1. Employ piece rate contractor who are expert in the work on labour rate.
PT
- Use specialised agency with Clients approval, the in our scope.
Structural Steel
- Procure the approved materials and Use piece rate contractor for fabrication and erection of the same with Shop Drg.
Flooring:
- Materials:
  1. Selection of type of flooring materials with Clients approval.
  2. Use of best quality bonding and adhesive materials with proper compatibility test.
- Manpower:
  1. Employ piece rate contractor who are expert in the work.
  2. Pay incentive for quality and schedule.
  3. Employ qualified experienced supervisor for execution.
Dado/Facade/Stone covering:
- Materials:
  1. Selection of right type of materials with Clients approval.
  2. Use of best quality compatible adhesive.
- Manpower:
  1. Employ piece rate contractor who are expert in the work.
  2. Employ qualified supervisor for supervision work.
Painting :
- Use specialised painting agency who are expert in this work.
- Use of approved materials after proper sampling and completing the selection process.
Plumbing / Sanitary Work :
- Materials:
  1. Preparing and getting the Shop drawings approved with the proper Bill of Materials.
  2. Selection of pipes, CP and sanitary fittings with Clients approval.
  3. Use of best quality pipes and water saving fittings.
- Manpower:
  1. Employ piece rate contractor who are expert in the work.
  2. Pay incentive for quality and schedule.
  3. Employ qualified experienced supervisor for execution.
- Equipment:
  1. Use the best and most modern equipment to achieve required speed and quality.
Fire Fighting Work :
- Materials:
  1. Review the consultants design drawings, preparing and getting the Shop drawings approved with the proper Bill of
    Materials.
  2. Selection of pipes & fittings with Clients approval.
- Manpower:
  1. Employ piece rate contractor who are expert in the work.
  2. Pay incentive for quality and schedule and employ qualified experienced supervisor for execution.
- Equipment:
  1. Use the best and most modern equipment to achieve the desired result.
