The management and key personnel of the company are ex L&Tites and very Senior construction, project and development management professionals. Mr Nitesh Kumar is a Chartered Engineer in Civil Engineering branch. He is Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India). He was Executive Director Projects with DB Group and has handled multiple super tall high rise building construction in Mumbai. He had worked with many renowned companies like Larsen and Toubro (L&T), Reliance, Desbuild Inc – USA, DB Realty – Mumbai, Omkar Realtors and Developers Pvt Ltd – Mumbai and was involved for completion of many landmark projects like German Embassy – New Delhi, Hotel Lalit – Mumbai, ILFS Building – Mumbai, Hotel Grand Hyatt – Goa, DB Woods – Mumbai, DB Orchid Enclave – Mumbai and many more. He was head of the project for development of the tallest building in India called India Tower, which was 700 meters tall.
Later he was elevated to the position of Executive Director Projects responsible for overall development of all the real estate and hotel projects of the group. His specialization is into the minute planning of design, engineering, procurement, construction and post construction activities. He has been delivering lectures on the project management process of real estate and hotel projects development and construction. His vision to change the way construction is done in India has compelled him to found his own company to realize the dream. He feels the quality and speed of construction should be reachable and achievable to one and all in the society, where all the construction needs shall be taken care of by responsible professional.
Ms Kumkum Kumari is a Post Graduate in History from Patna University. She has been the pillar and anchor of the success & development of the group. She has been associated with a successfully run pharma products export company. She is also a Director in Rusmed Exports Pvt Ltd, who are pioneers in the export of medicines for cancer. The company is earning forex and contributing to the growth of the country. She is very meticulous in financial management and commitments. She is also involved in human capital management of the organization.
Ms Kumari has a vision to provide respectable living to every person of the society. She works for the success of company to make every person associated with her company to be successful in his/her personal life and career. She has been doing lot of philanthropy work without publicity.
Mr S Arokiaraj holds Executive Vice President – Projects Position in the company, having total experience of more than 33 years in construction. He has served Larsen and Toubro Limited (L&T) for more than 26 yrs. He is responsible for overall implementation and completion of construction of project with highest grade of safety, quality and in time. His expertise in planning and executing of many high-rise time bound construction projects in Oberoi Realty, while working in L&T was key to the success of timely completion of Oberoi Projects in time with best quality and safety in Goregaon. He is the key person for the selection of right system and construction methodology to achieve the best result at best economy.
He was responsible for construction of multiple residential, commercial, mall, hotels, industrial and school buildings in the past.
He is specialist in planning and implementation of best practices in construction and also ensure the resource mobilization like men, material and machine as required for the project on time for the timely completion. During all these years he has been using different type of construction techniques to meet the market requirement.
Ms Shweta Birmole holds HR & Admin Officer Position in the company, having total experience of more than 11 years in the HR, admin and accounts departments. She has passed B.Com. from Mumbai University. In the past, she was associated with Aditya Birla Group, HDFC Realty, IndiaInfoline, HDFC Bank Ltd. and Money Masters Leasing & Finance Company. She is responsible for Human resource department along with the administration department for smooth functioning of the company. She is also responsible for all labour law compliances, PF, ESIC, Insurance and other statutory compliances as per government regulation.
Ms Birmole is engaged in human resource management including new hiring, training and development of the human capital.
